15:00-16:00 | Antonio de la Piedra (Radboud University Nijmegen): Creative approaches for shrinking cryptographic implementations Abstract: In this talk I'll present several strategies for computing complex
Non-Interactive Zero Knowledge proofs (NIZKs) on RAM-constrained devices
using very little resources. This resulted in the first and practical
open-source implementation of the 77% of the IBM Idemix credential
system specification on smart cards. These results were presented in
CANS'14 and INTRUST'15. Then, I'll present a very compact ASIC
implementation of the Rijndael S-BOX based on composite field arithmetic
optimized for high-throughput via genetic algorithms using the UMC 0.13
um low-leakage standard cell library. These results were presented in
INDOCRYPT'14.
