This page provides
links to various demo presentations for each of the
AMBULANT family players. These demos are meant as
technology demonstrators that may be used to verify
player installation. Where applicable, they fall
under the terms of the licenses for the individual
players for which they have been developed.
Please note that the media objects
referenced in each demo may NOT be used in any other
presentation.
Most of the demos are available in four versions:
1. As a plug-in version, to be used in a browser after installing the Ambulant Plug-In player;
2. As a URL for use in the AMBULANT desktop player (using http streaming);
3. As a URL for use in the AMBULANT desktop player using RTSP; and
4. As a .zip file, for downloading the source.

Because of production constraints, not all of these versions will be available when AMBULANT 2.0 is released,
but we expect to have all versions available by mid-December 2008. (Links to currently non-active functionality are set in .)
Important: Most browsers will not let you click on a demo http or rtsp URL and pass it to AMBULANT. You should
copy the links for cases (2) and (3) in the tables below and paste them into the File->Open URL box in AMBULANT.
