Numbering system ASTA deliverables

Each deliverable number has the following format:

<year digit> D <WU number> . <counter>

where the counter indicates the order in the deliverables in a given year for a given work unit. An example is 3D1.2 for the second deliverable for work unit 1 in the year 2003.
